Roger moved to Mariposa County, California, the home of Yosemite National Park, in 1995 to start consulting as an “urban refugee” from Silicon Valley. Since then he has worked with over 40 different clients writing hundreds of white papers and contributed articles.

Throughout his consulting career, Roger has delivered quality results consistently, on time and within budget, by following a proven process for all projects, large or small.

He left HP to become director of sales and marketing for Dataflow Systems, one of HP’s largest independent software vendors. He then worked for Ungermann-Bass as product line manager accountable for nearly one third of UB’s total revenue with system-level strategic planning responsibility for the entire Net/One family of products. From UB, Roger went to Luxcom as VP of Marketing.
